This looks like the Apex MI-008.

While you can get a different heatsink, you'll probably also want a better PSU than the included Allied POS unless you are aiming to build something with the lowest power consumption possible like with an Atom, C7, or at most a 45W CPU non-o'c. That still may not be enough, really really crude cheap junk overrated door-stop of a PSU if only it were a little heavier.
