A good source of the features per model would be... the internet (try Google).

This is a relatively good price. Past comments here have pretty much deemed Garmin the best of the GPS manufacturers and I've been very happy with mine.

~$100 for an entry level Garmin GPS is about right; you'll find cheaper if wait around long enough, but then that's the case with most things.
