Old-school design, fairly sturdy and non-obtrusive looking. Ample front intake area and decent quality PSU even if only 300W. Might make for a nice basic office machine if you're not trying to go as cheap as possible to settle for junk, though at this price point you have several other options too.
Would've been nicer with a 12cm fan but if you don't load up the drive bays and use a high-powered CPU then a 9cm fan can still cool it quietly if the motherboard has PWM thermal fan control for the chassis fan header.
