They're as cheap as they get in quality, so you definitely get what you pay for. It's really small (note the 13" size mentioned by Ben) and rattles like crazy (bought 2). The fan blades pretty much are dragging on the enclosure as they gave no clearance for it. Might be fine after some sanding down of the blades.

My brother bought this for my dad to use. Like #1 says, the fans scrap against the enclosure. Not because it wasn't designed with enough room, but rather faulty placement of the fans 
They make a lot of racket and noise. Ended up going to Fry's and got a similar unit for 12 dollars that had lifetime warranty.
