Be advised on Zipzoomfly rebate requirements> I pulled the trigger on a DVD drive last week from ZZF... and when it arrived today I noticed that the rebate requires BOTH a "UPC bar code" as well as a "product label sticker". There is only a UPC bar code in the box. No product label sticker. It's a little scarry to mail in an incomplete rebate submission w/hopes that the rebate house will honor it. And you know how they like to disqualify you on stuff like this, and then you get to decide how much your time on the phone fighing it is worth.

ZZF is very tricky with rebates. I've gotten screwed with a rebate submission simply because the postmark date was just one day ahead of the delivery date. You need to be very clever to get rebate $.

Not worth it. F1 uses the old 350GB platters and for a mere $20 more you can get a 1TB, if you dont' want to bother with current deal for the 1TB Hitachi at $69 AR:

I bought this drive late last year and I already had the bad status on T I RMA it and in 2 weeks, the second one had the same problem. I just did another RMA two days ago.
