#1 - Said it 1gb of DDR2 on this isn't provide much of any improvement. While this price isn't all that special 3650 are last years models and with that I believe a $30-35 tops.
Check the 4650 those get you 320 Stream processor (vs 120), more textures/rasters with less power draw, which all adds various improvements.
For the same money this MSI 4650 might want to be something to ponder, but you need to pick up shipping.

Check this compare, while I notice the are showing the 3650 using DDR3 not the DDR2 of the Sapphire.

Finally, for $10 more you can really get a faultless all around card low power draw with elevated memory bandwidth... this Sapphire 4670 is 512MB off DDR3 goodness and it has free shipping.
Not an open Ez-clean cooler but still a single slot.

You copy paste and plagiarize to try to come off as insightful, but its just like your reading off the back of a cereal box. Youre just dilataunt and as boring as the crap deals lately.

the 4670 is a great budget card, am playing COD4 (mostly high settings), UT3 (on highest setting), Race Driver GRID (highest settings), and Far Cry (highest settings) with no issues.

Please provide the meaning to this word dilataunt?
While you just provide proof of being a very moronic troll.
