    Again, as much as I like my current lenovo product, I wont buy from their site again. Id buy from J&R or Fry's or Amazon, etc..

    My customer service was lousy and there was no firm ship date. I waited six days to be told it would ship out within the next 10 business days, and then it arrived two days after I talked to the guy. Whatever. I like to know whats going on with my purchase when I spend a few hundred dollars.

    Maybe lousy isnt the right word. brutal might work better. Lots of run around, transfers, hold, no one having the same information, etc. What a terrible, terrible experience. Love the notebook, though.
