allows u to use linear measurements to calculate square feet and volume. and, has a funky circle of laser lights so u can center in on your target. also good for driving the cat crazy.

this is a great tool if you are a carpenter otherwise don't see a need for it for the average Joe.

With it only being 99.5% accurate, it wont work well for anything really. You could be undersized on carpet, paint, drywall, lumber..lol - maybe when they hit 99.9999% it will be worthwhile, till then, it is a toy.
