Low power, It would be OK for small home jobs like hanging pictures

These type of combo drill/drivers are junk. Low RPM make them useless for drilling, and the "rocker style" trigger is a pain. You are better off getting a cheap stick type driver with more voltage. Sears has a 7.2 inline for $5.00 more on the same page as this one. IMHO, that is a better choice than this. It may cost more, but in the long run, you'll have a usefull tool.

Agreed, voltage and power is very low. It is better to buy standard drill with 12 v or higher voltage and use it as screwdriver if needed.
