These do work exceptionally well; great for people who still have landline phones but want to avoid phone neck when doing other stuff on the phone. Makes it handy to carry on phone calls while making dinner, cleaning the house, etc. However, I don't think 50 for a refurb is a great deal; I picked one up for about 60 new so I'm sure you could find better deals out there...
