since it doesnt say in the title or description above, this is an ATSC(digital)/NTSC(analog/clear QAM(digital cable) TV TUNER card.

Seems to be working OK for me, first on an MCE2005 system and now on a Vista Home Premium rebuild. I'm using it to get OTA HD in A, where signal strength is good. All I installed were the drivers, btw, not the TV software itself. BTW, this will work in MCE2005 without a separate NTSC card installed.
