    I am sure this is top notch quality and works well. Geeks has a good reputation of selling sht that wont work that other companies have tried to sell but cant.

    I see your point #1. Geeks' website doesn't state nor display the manufacturer or part #. Good luck finding a review of this to make an informed purchase.

    These units communicate over the same frequencies as many cordless phones. You might find - as I did - that you get intermittent interference. But pity your poor neighbor who will get perpetual interference when trying to use the phone.

    Also, be wary if you live in an older house with real plaster walls. Those walls sometimes relied on a wire grid to reinforce the plaster. Depending on the mesh density the grid can block the signal quite effectively.

    I agree with #3. Because cordless phone work on the same frequency, I was able to see my neighbors in their house talking on their cordless phones. As soon as they would hang up, the picture would go back to what the camera was pointing to.
