picked up a variation of this box awhile back for $45 bucks @ frys. Runs well, build is top notch.. however the CPU runs a bit warm because space is limited. I ended up having to get an exhaust fan - but it wont take 120mm so the noise is audible.

#4, you can get an 80 to 120 adapter. i had a shuttle 6 yrs ago and did just that. also cut out the normal fan grate so it would allow more air flow. worked great until the motherboard fried.

Cut out fan grill and use lower RPM 80mm fan, it doesn't have to be audible in that situation.
