As I've said before, good luck with Dell Support if this isn't A-OK right out of the box. SOP seems to be to direct you to PC support, replace nothing, and upsell you to the next stocked model for $$$. You will spend a whole day stuck in an audio tour of a bureaucratic "watching paint dry" factory.
The only help I got was by going directly to Garmin to get my dud replaced. Buyers better hope that Magellan support is as solid.
