I have this. Easy to set up. Works great. Maybe a tiny bit louder than I would like, but not enough to look at replacing the fan.

The noise seems to be a firmware issue with running the fan too much. A forthcoming update is supposed to fix that but it has not yet been released.

I own two seagates and one of these dlink units. I like this one the best, I am going to switch out the 2 older seagates with a few of these sometime. The noise isn't that bad, but like #2 mentioned I heard a firmware update was going to help. Everything else is stellar.
