Pretty nice board with good user reviews. Do we dare trust CC online yet? Especially with a rebate? EVGA is supposed to have good support so may be worth the risk.

No way I'm getting anything from CCity. I'd pay the extra not to. The board is supposedly awesome. techreport.com has some great info on the 790i.
For the price, I'd have to consider an i7 instead.

I purchased a 750i chipset with SLI in mind. At that time, Nvidia was dominating the graphics dept. If I were to buy again, I'd go for the intel chipsets. If you got the money, go for i7 because those motherboards support both SLI AND Crossfire.
