I'd be suspicious of the buy.com reviews for this. The reviews on Amazon are almost all bad for this model and all similar models from GE.

No bad news from them and the only other note was to be sure you charge the batteries 16 hours and disregard the flashing of the phone during the process. I need something like this and am in for 2 sets.
