I baught this refurbed from Newegg. It arrived not working. They have been good about sending it back and replacing it, but what a hassle.

My Canon LiDe 20(30?)flatbed is 6+ years old. USB powered. I unplug it and store on its edge when not in use It scans reliably - tad slow. WTF more you want?
