Agreed. I bought this recently at 169 and thought that was a deal.

How do you like it? Does the traffic function work well? Also, are the maps easy to update? Thanks!

Dell sold me a lemon, and took 4 hours on the phone to forward me in circles, refuse to replace it, and try to sell me a more expensive model at MSRP. They told me that they had no 255Ws to even try to replace mine, surprise!

Dell typically has fantastic support, i am surprised they gave you such a hard time.

I got this refurbished $130 shipped from Amazon. I also got free map update withing first 60 days and 12 months guaranty. It looks like brand new. So far I have no issue, no complaint.

Dell is the absolute worst place to buy anything. Do what you have to do if the price is amazing but don't pay regular price thinking that Dell is a respectable retailer. You will get better service from the most fly by night shyster on eBay than you will ever get from Dell.
