This is a pretty poor candidate for overclocking, minimalistic CPU VRM with few electrolytic caps instead of solid, fewer mosfet stages and crap inductors. It will limit max current and be very noisy making for lower ceiling o'c unless voltage is raised higher, and CPU will run hotter at any voltage setting due to high ripple.
The slow integrated video with only analog output is pretty bad too. Might have been a deal 3 years ago if you could live with the concessions ECS made.

I've serveral ECS motherbaords, all work pretty good. Definately not designed for overclocker/heavy duty gamers.

The key to the oc issue is how high the total power consumption is. For example you can o'c a 45W CPU to 70W and maybe be ok, but it's not built to handle more than roughly 70W long term. Owning it from day of release until now is not long term, #1/6 you have to wait awhile longer to know if you really have a successful long term o'c, historically plenty of people have seen their ECS/PCChips boards die prematurely. The excess heat and risk of failure is more of an issue than can it run stable for a little while.
