Not sold out. Seem to be available when added to cart. Actual price is $109.99-$10 instant credit with $40 MIR. With tax, $109.74 - $0 MIR = $69.74, if you're in la county. No HDMI and reviews aren't the best. I'd think again before getting one.

In stock. Just to be clear, you need to put a 3.5" SATA hdd inside this in order to record. Those are cheap though, and this seems like a good deal to me. It has 10/100 ethernet port so you can use this basically like a cheaper slingbox?
