Thank God the Lanyard Hole/Key Ring Hole tool was included. In fact, isn't that two tools? Shouldn't they be including the 'protective pouch' as a tool, as well? So that's actually 13 tools, not 11.
I picked up one of these and thought it was very poorly made and not very useful. FAIL
