Not likely to be very impressive in light output but a little light goes a long way when paying only 2 bucks... it's crazy how cheap some of this stuff is, when you couldn't even mail an empty bubble envelope to Hong Kong through USPS for less than $5.
This is actually a really good light. The light output is enhanced by some clever reflective surfaces inside the light, similar to what you'd see if you shined a flashlight into a mirror into another mirror, etc. Sturdy rubberized black exterior, folding hanger gizmo, and pressure on/off switch on the side. Handy to have around.
