Considering there's only 10,000 possible combinations, it only takes a bit of time to crack it. Just go from 0000 thru 9999.

This is a good price for a name brand combo lock. I have a similar lock. I got a better deal on eBay but it took a bit of searching to find it. I would say this is a fair price, though, and would be inclined to get it if I didn't already have one.

kilmar, the idea is to make your laptop harder to steal than the next guy's. Sure, someone COULD take the time to go through all the combinations, but that would take time. For that matter, someone COULD cut the cable with the right tools.
