Looks awsome, great for cooling, and price is getting cheaper all the time.

Very true. "open to the air" does not necessarily mean "great cooling". Quite the opposite sometimes.

Yes, most Dell servers will not even run if you open the side door. They are built to move the air through the machine for proper cooling.

You'd have to reverse the fan to make it hover. Don't forget the 220 hookup.

different, but I'd figure they would be trying to make a mor "invisible computer, Ive always liked the idea of incorporating your computer into a desk...

And now what you guys have to say about leaving the side door of my pc open for better cooling. Huh?
OK, I agree, that cases like this or leaving side door open may not be a good idea for those people who have kids or folks around your pc, but if its just about dust I am not so sure.
Dust somehow always gets there, but if you clean your house well, even then your pc gets the dust, thats the same amount of dust you might get if leaving the side door open.
btw, every once a while i use that aircleaner cannisters to clean the pc, it takes a zip of a second.

Cramped and poor air circulation, sounds like a table and power supply would make a better test bench.

Don't care for this one, but love my Antec Solo. Box runs reasonably cool and it's dead quiet. They make good stuff but can't hit home runs every time.
