The specs on the label are completely fabricated. You should only consider using the included power supply is if your computer is very low power, say a HTPC running under 100watts, and even then I'd advise against it.
A normal ATX power supply will fit in, as long as it's not longer than normal, and if your optical drives are of the shorter variety.
The OCZ StealthXStream 500watt PSU that has been on sale several times for $20(and even $15 at times) would probably fit in here nicely, as it's a pretty compact PSU. With that power supply, you could use this case for a gaming computer setup, although you'd probably want to make sure that your desired graphics cards and CPU cooler will fit inside.
Here's a review of the included power supply, as well as a description of the space you'll have for your optical drives with a normal ATX PSU: http://www.jonnyguru.com/PSU/AspireXQpack/420W.html

The Ultra Microfly case is one of these, and it has been on sale before(a while ago) for $40 on Frys.com. Unfortunately, current prices are more around $70 and up for that case.
Or, if you need even more room, you might consider the NZXT Rogue. It can fit the largest graphics cards, extra-long high-wattage power supplies, and up to 4 hard drives. Plus, it has a very good cooling configura... [Truncated]
