Iriver has always made great product, just now to wait till they come out with something that can compete with itouch and Zune HD.

Iriver has moron engineers like most companies. I bought one of their MP3 players. Even though time for length of the file shows HH:MM (double digit for hours and minutes) the thing would keep jumping to the beginning of an audio book file about 4 hours into it. I could never play past that point. When I contacted their support they said the player won't play long files. Then why bother having the time in HH:MM format? It should be H:MM or maybe just MM. Nothing in the instructions or manual to indicate this limitation. I promptly took the POS back to the store for a full refund.
