This is a good card. I am running 2 of them purchased for $50 and $60 respectively from Bestbuy a while ago. It may reach that price point again.

I have the ATI branded version of this card. On XP and using their software. TV works good. But included multimedia center sucks compared to the older versions. The ATI 650 uses a cyberlink version of multimedia center. I hear this card works good on XP media center, vista and windows 7 with just the driver. Windows supplies the media software.
