You can probably get the parts separately on Ebay for less than this. In fact, if I were not so lazy, I would put my old XP 2500 up for $100 with a 1GB of ram and an 80GB SATA HDD. (no case anymore though).

Even for a internet only machine this is gonna bite. 1/2 a Gig of RAM on a SIS micro motherboard is gonna be slower than dirt, if it doesn't BSOD on you first.
