yes #1, please do tell. I have 3 of these (2 at home and 1 at work) and love them. I got them for a much cheaper price, but I have no complaints about their quality.

I bought three of these when they were on Woot. Two of them died immediately. I called Vormado - great customer service - and they sent me two more. Now I'm happy.

I've got 5 of these things in various places. I've given several as gifts. Excellent fans. Quiet. Of course, everyone who walks by just HAS to put his/her finger in the blades.
