byrd is not a true spyderco. it is the low end models.

if you want a reasonably priced similar folder in a larger size, I recommend the gerber LST. the 6009 is 6.1" open for 16.00 deliverd from amazon.

I agree, for the money, stick with a larger Gerber or Buck nylon foldable.
