Does anyone know if analog TV-out (composite or S-Video) is available on any of the DVI pins on this card?

And while you could use the HDMI to output to a TV, you'd need a tuner card (eg the Hauppauge ones) to make a DVR, not a video card.

Got this for an earlier deal for $15 after rebate. I use it in a HTPC and for those purposes it works well with the ability to output audio over HDMI. While it's not passive, it's fairly quiet as well. The most important thing is that it's low profile and doesn't require a large power supply to use.
Note: Probably don't need to say this, but it is very weak for gaming.

My rebate was approved. I did "quick rebate" which costs 1 buck.

#1 -- There's the history button... Where we find you spoke at such length on May 26th you got truncated!
And consider it's been $20 several times, and $15 back a the end of June, hard to call it a deal now.

#7 -- This only has a maximum of 25W so even a lowly 200W PSU could power it, if you're not overloaded with HDD's, lights, fans etc. Basicly a nice upgrade for has an OEM slimline case with older IGP where you want a a DVI-D or HDMI connectors and where a fan help as those don't have air flow to speak of.
