i've been using these for a few years and they seem to be great. But the last 2 cakes i bot...half gave my burners(which i have 2 of) problems. Not sure how this batch is...but i think i'm gonna pay a bit more and go with Verbatim's instead. I don't use these too often, so it took me awhile to discover their defectiveness.

I just use a memorex burner. Burn at 8X, been through about 60 of them, no errors.

Yes. Memorex also has DVD+RW drives. In my experience their media seems to work flawlessly in combination with their drives. Whereas my Hitachi can't even tell that the disc is writeable.
So far I have had 0 issues with other machines and DVD players being able to read them.
