There's really no reason to buy any other brand of DVD-R's with these prices, even if you space the rebate. Not so long ago they were just a little south of the $24 asking price AR. These are great days we're living in, my brothers.

Of course you will still have the whiners that complain that their spindle was made in India which they say is junk. They will only buy the Taiwan ones. What they don't know is that the ones from India come with a free coupon for a slushie at 7-Eleven.

Verbatim used to be all made in japan with MCC media IDs. For a short while, they went over to CMC magnetics from Taiwan which were total crap. All the current ones are all Made in Taiwan, but atleast they're MCCs and not CMCs

Yep 16 is right but Taiyo Yudens are too expensive. If you wait a little closer to xmas they will be cheaper. Last year they got down to 19 with no rebate.
