#1, Denon is pretty highly rated for their receivers. The fact that this is network-ready and will stream internet radio (or, it sounds like, from a media server on your network) makes it worth quite a bit.
Also, Dynamic Equalization, so as you turn the volume down, it maintains sound quality...
Of course, if you've drunk the Bose Kool-Aid, go aheand. You know what's best.
