Is this worth upgrading from a Radeon HD3xxx series?

#2, #3: This is not a gaming card. So, there's no point in upgrading from a 3xxx radeon to this. They can both play HD video, so you're not getting any other real benefit.

When buying a card in the Radeon 4xxx series, the second number in the model number indicates how high or low end it is. 100-500 is pretty low end, not really for gaming. 600 is mid-range, just getting into gamer territory. 700-850 are decent gaming cards. Higher numbers than that are the higher end cards, and dual GPU cards.

If you're looking to play the latest Call of Duty games, get one ending in 700 or higher.

#2: AFAIK, some 3xxx series are better (and more expensive) than this one.

#2, #3: go to newegg. They carry almost all ATI cards, and there are many customers reviews too.

Just hit the history button, this has been talked up plenty and more often $20 while it got down to $15 at the end of June.

#4 True and correct. #2 don't wase your money on this card.. I got two of this, and 3 week later I replace this for the Nvidia 8600GT for the same price A/R.. The Nvidia kick butt never slow down a bit..

#2 -- You'd need to specify which 36XX card you have and if it’s DDR3 or DDR2?
While 8600GT are ever tolerable enough at that price admission they are today, there isn’t much difference in performance than a 3650 with DDR3. Finally as the folks now and in past narratives have point out, the 4350 shouldn’t be considered for any relevant gaming today.
