I have one of these. Not the quietest HSF I have, then again it's cooling an old AMD 64 3400+ skt 939. Has red LED and the silhouette of a butterfly shape which does make it rather attractive if you have a windowed case.

As I've said before, don't expect the rebate. Also, this cooler is BIG and difficult to install-you must in most cases remove the motherboard and tilt the cooler to horizontal to get the latch to install/release. Bent the $#%^ out of my CPU trying to get it off. I'll sell mine for $20 shipped:)
