That WSJ props article Ben (or whoever runs the site now) mentions is from 3.5 years ago.
ProFlowers used to be stellar but now their service is hit or miss. Also, the shipping charges border on the high side. And weekend delivery cost is ridiculous, but that's more a function of the courier. Unfortunately, there aren't any better alternatives and ProFlowers knows it which is why they've become complacent.

I don't want the 12 roses that cost $30.
All I want is the other 12 that are free in the free vase.
I cannot find out how to order that on the website.
