I have been buying stuff from Meritline for years, but lately they have gootten to be absolutely the worst in filling orders. My two most recent orders were never delivered after 5 weeks of waiting. They never answered either my email or web form submitted complaints for either order. Their phone line (non toll free) keeps you waiting endlessly.

I eventually submitted 2 affadavits to get my credit card to refund the amounts.

Check out their recent cusotmer comments and you see that I am not alone. They totally suck these days.

well, no matter how many + reviews now you add to the reviews,

so now we have 2 negative and 1 positive review here..
so its going to be negative for most of us...
silly math... right??

Recently I had one RMA and one refund. The refund took a while though, like two months.

Definitely a problem there. Lifetime rating of 8.5, but a current rating of 7.03. Their low scores are customer service, and a pathetic 5.34 for returns or replacements. Not the kind of scores that inspire confidence.

At least the stakes are low on this deal.
