This company will not let you upgrade secondary lines of a family plan, even if your carrier authorizes the upgrade, unless you upgrade the primary line along with a secondary. I spoke with a customer rep who assured me it was OK, even they recorded the conversation, and still didn't honor the price. Stay away from it if this is your case.
