That's probably because its one of the few good deals that worst buy has, so people are jumping on it.

These are good TVs. Some people have banding problems on them, though, but just kept replacing them until they got one that works. They seem to be in the minority.

This was on here all last week and no one say boo about it. Why all of a sudden is it generating buzz?

I have a 37" Sharp and a 32" Samsung. The Sharp has 6 dead pixels (thank god I can't see them from a normal distance), and had to have the mainboard replaced under warranty for a power lockup issue. The Samsung needed the mainboard replaced for a dead video issue after the warranty expired. Both are known as good companies, and I would buy from them again, but I guess I just managed to get the dogs.

Amazingly enough, my first LCD TV, a 26" Olevia, purchased 6 yrs. ago at CompUSA before they started shutting down their stores, had never had a problem.
