I think you still have to fence this in. So the cost is a lot more than $250.

a bit small for an ice rink, that's all it will be good for soon...

15' is a bit big for this type of pool, and $250 is not that great of a price. Only good for 2-3 years depending on the amount of sun it gets.
Must have a completely flat/level area to set it up, even a one inch slope over the 15' will cause problems.

Picked up a 12' one for the kids a few weeks ago on 75% off clearance at Big-Lots, only $24 + $4 for the cover. It'll cost me that much just for the water and clorine next summer....

These type pools are a pain in the azz. Bought a 10" one at Big Lots last summer. Set it up in the backyard and put the hose in to fill it and went into the garage for a few beers and came out a couple hours later to see the one side collapsed and the water flowing into the neighbors yard. Agree with #7 that the yard has to be perfectly flat. Ended up moving it onto my concrete patio with some pieces of wood with 2"x4"'s under it to keep it somewhat level. You also have to use a lot of chlorine in these because the low amount of water in them causes it to evaporate very quickly in the sun turning the water green in a matter of days. I will never set it up again.
