I'm not sure. My wife has the Jawbone 2 and I have the Jawbone Prime. They both suck.
It's really hard for people to make out what we're saying when using those headsets. I figured that I'd give the Prime a go, but it's just not very good. This is with the fit all set up and ready to go. Perhaps it's a T-Mobile + JBP thing, but other far cheaper headsets have sounded great for other users in the past.
I really wanted to like their stuff, but it's been fairly lame all around.

Read your instruction booklet, so far I have seen few of my friends that were saying the headset did not work, but once they have the button touch their cheek and all told me it work out fine. Just need little adjustment.
So far I have no problem with this headset, the only downside is the button is somewhat annoying.

If you wear glasses, this 2nd generation is a very bad bet.
