When you can get an iPhone 3G for $100, why would you opt for this? Granted there is a wide range between free and $100 but given the diff in quality, no thought necessary, in my book. Save your pennies for the iPhone!

With this one you don't HAVE to get the data plan.

I was looking at this phone on the ATT website, the rebate there only works if you buy a data plan. As for wirefly, it's sketchy that when you're choosing your plan, you have to opt out of the extra services instead of opt in.
