I have one of these. Overall it's a pretty solid backpack. Main compartment fits a whole change of clothes + towel + laptop. The laptop holder has a cushion on the bottom in case you accidentally plop the backpack on the floor. Secondary compartment has little pockets and things for calculator, or cell phone, office supplies, etc. There is a hole at the top for a hydration tube to come out from inside the pack. Shoulder straps are strong and chest+waist buckles hold the pack in the proper positions on your back.
