Not true Wayno. This is $70-$80 in store without the pedal. Purchased one through this deal a month ago. The box wasn't dented at all and the feedback is pretty responsive considering it is wireless.
One note: I haven't quite got it to work appropriately with GT 5 Prologue. Although I set the paddle shifters to shift up and down, the game insists that they are throttle and brake.

#2, I was being a little self-centered this morning... mean no deal for me. I need analog gas and brake and prefer to leave the paddles for shifting duty. Would have brought this otherwise. I ended up getting a used older generation Logitech wheel with pedals. Works OK but I'm wondering if the feedback is more realistic with the more expensive and/or newer wheel versions. I've only tried one piece of software so far though so I'm withholding judgment until that time.
Hope you get that GT5 issues straightened out.
