Transcend is one company whose cards are known to work with no issues in Canon cameras. Some (Kingston comes to mind) have had issues, for whatever reason.

The Newegg reviews had 17% 1 or 2 stars, most for the same reason: the stick died very early and the data was not recoverable. Something to be aware of if you're going to buy one (I did)

I've bought 4 of these exact cards over a a 12 month period. One was dead on arrival. A second one died after 3 months of uses. If I personally experience 2 failures, I would imagine the fail rate is quite high. I will not buy again.

I think I pad $29 at Amazon for it with a card reader...
