I picked this up last time it was up, i like it..received it within a week. USB Receiver is very nano, which I'm familiar with.

Got mine last time too. Although Lenovo doesn't mention it, it is a small notebook size mouse.

Does "nano" mean the very small USB receiver that doesn't stick out very far?

It sticks out of the usb port about .25 inches
