I tried the coupon with a $1000 and a $1150 configuration and get "the coupon code is invalid" both times.

this coupon was posted a long time ago on www.pass*wird.com (just delete the *), a significantly better deal site (although there is no forum to heckle others within and the volume of deals is less.)

Called HP and ordered one...they made the code work. It takes a little longer but it was worth the -$200.
