This is a great headset. I've tried so many BT headsets and most of them suck. I am frequently in noisy areas on the phone and that is the downfall of so many models. Others have hard-to-use controls, poor battery life, etc.
This one is:
Easy to get on and off;
Controls are easy to work while it's on your ear;
Battery lasts plenty long;
Incoming and outgoing sound quality is excellent, even in noisy areas;
Volume is good;
Has some style
Don't waste your money on those $30 models unless you are never in noisy environments and don't care what you sound like to those who call you.

Yes Plantronics work really well. But when the rechargable battery no longer holds a charge after about 1 years, the thing becomes junk.
Plus I wouldn't exactly expect ecost to stand behind anything. Caveat emptor.
